What ever happened to even remotely decent customer service?nnThe staff at Shenandoah Dermatology is the worst I've ever encountered in the whole, vast world of medicine.nnThey don't do their job, then lie about not doing their job and place the blame on others.nnI can't tell if they just don't care or are grossly incompetent at what they do.nnA simple apology goes a long way, Shenandoah Derm! Zero hospitality. Shame on you all for providing such terrible service and not even caring about it.

Was there with my son and everyone was awesome. We had been going to UVA dermatology and I was tired of the 2 minute visit and leaving with problems not solved. Dr. Lynch was great and made my son feel comfortable.

I have nothing but nice things to say about the Dr. but the billing staff is horrible, I paid my sons bill on the 15th it was taken out of my bank account on the 16th and had the same bill sent out on the 28th called many times to speak with someone about all the issues I had when I paid the bill, was told the office manager would call me... nope never happens. I also ask to have a detailed statement for myself and son... he is 19 and did sign the paperwork for me to get his info (I was standing there when he signed it) I was told I can’t have a copy for him but yet it is ok for them to call and give me his results and and appointment reminders... heck I couldn’t even get my own! SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!nn*****UPDATE*****nSo after leaving a review I magically get a call today the lady was very helpful and fixed the bill problem I had, but was told that the office mgr. had been trying to call me and could not get me... I never got anything and unlike the response back on here my voice mail is setup and works just fine as long as you actually call it. Now I will say I was contacted AGAIN by the nice lady on that same phone to say that she was asked to call and see if I would remove my review....UMMM NO!nI have serious issues when someone lies about calling me and tries to make it look like its my fault that I didn't get the help that I was looking for. I mean why wasn't the office mgr. the one to call me today and if the review was so important why have someone else call

Absolutely disgusted in this company's ability to listen to their patient when you are constantly talking over the person how can you hear them when the person shows up on time for their appointment and you can't be bothered to be on time is pretty disgusting as well the owner of this company is equally as incapable of listening to her patients she was probably the worst in talking over me this will be my last visit with these people never again

I've been bereft of having a local dermatologist since the wonderful Dr Barry moved back to her family's home State. I'm a firm believer in annual checkups, especially since skin conditions require an objective assay.nI saw Dr Miller at the N. Coulter Staunton office. Lovely fellow.nI can't speak for other practitioners at this clinic, there are several, but I can heartily recommend Dr Kevin Miller. Courteous, thoughtful, considerate, and most professionally thorough. The staff were on task. Visit was altogether pleasant.nNice to find such a practitioner, and worth sharing the news with others.
