Waited months for appointment for laser treatment . Took time off from work for healing. I was then called 5 hours before appointment time and canceled. I would not recommend if your schedule is not flexible.

If I could give this office a 0, I would. Both of my appointments ran over 45 minutes-1 hour late and when they offered to reschedule, there were no other openings for another 2 months. They were very unaccommodating and used multiple excuses for their lack of organization and overbooking of appointments. Additionally, I ended up cancelling my second appointment and not rescheduling due to Dr. Savola's poor bedside manner. I'm not sure how she's won awards for it in consecutive years when all she does is talk down to her patients, negate their feelings, and interrupt them when expressing concerns. I'm sure there are other clinics in the area that can provide timely service and offer genuine compassion to their patients. I strongly recommend not scheduling an appointment with this clinic.

I have seen several Dermatologists, Dr. Savola is above the rest. The overall practice has a supporting team and very professional. Highly recommended.

If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. Please avoid this place at all costs if you value your health!! I’ve had two separate family members go here for different procedures with horrific results in one instance, and no lasting success with another. My mother, who was recently diagnosed with skin cancer, went here to have the area removed. First off, a PA performed the surgery. My mother’s never even met the physician, Dr. Savola. 3 days after her procedure, the wound had pus and blood oozing between the numerous sutures. The office was closed, so she had no choice but to turn to her PCP for immediate antibiotics- sight unseen- due to the severe symptoms of infection. Morning of Day 4 and fearing septicemia, she was in the ER. As a nurse, my mom knew how to take proper care of the wound, but has had a pitiful time with the office providing the proper care for HER. The rude blonde receptionist in the front office was abrasive and no help, saying that they are too busy to see her and even tried to give medical advice over the phone for my moms wound- when she has no medical training to do so. Thankfully, my mother knows topical creams for other dermatology uses don’t go in open wounds, but others may not and may take this woman’s careless advice. My Mom told the blonde she needed to see someone as the wound infection was worse and was told the other PA was too busy to see her. She was told they would call in an antibiotic prescription and they again not only failed to do so, but did not communicate that they decided to not call it in. In order to see a doctor, she had to go to the ER again which was twice in 3 days therefore costing an exorbitant amount due to negligence on their part. My sister has also visited to have spots removed from her face. Three months after her wedding, the spots are back. While there, she saw bloody instruments just sitting in a sink, leading me to believe their sterilizing procedures are less than desirable and judging by my mothers experience, this seems to be correct. Two weeks from the surgery, my mom still has a fierce infection that has not been resolved. I do not recommend this office’s is level of “care” provided and the cleanliness of the office, with bloody instruments from a previous procedure in clients plain view, is appalling. Clearly, this room wasn’t even cleaned before my sister went in for her procedure. The physician has still not even been involved to help resolve this horrific incident with my mother. Save your money and your health.
