Great service! The drive thru workers were very friendly which is always a great way to start my morning. But I couldn’t give a full 5 stars because when I got to work I removed my lid to allow the coffee to cool a little and saw that my cup was only 80% full. For a $5.50 latte, I would except this to at least be completely filled up. Hopefully it will be better next time.
Got a chai latte that tastes like an oatmeal cookie. Service was fast and accurate in drive thru. Kudos!
Good coffee but not as good as Joe Beans or Bean Tree Cafe. Wonderful employees and quick service!
I don’t go to this location even though it is the closest to me. I don’t know what they do, but their drinks never taste exactly right. Kroger, Ward’s Rd, and Forest are all great. Also their parking/ drive through arrangement is very bad. You can get trapped by the line if you park. The line gets complicated since cars come from two entrances. Not the best location. The workers are very nice, though.
the nicest starbucks employees are here. i never encountered a wrong order or a rude employee here. it’s always clean. i love the way it looks on the inside & outside. it’s the closest location to where i live so it’s great that they added this new starbucks. i’d give it 5-stars if it wasn’t for the drive-thru complication. it’s only bad thing about it, since you can get stuck in the parking area if the line is too long. besides that, everything is perfect!
