This place needs a new manager. We've gone in for the last 3 days trying to get some type of vanilla based ice cream (sweet cream, french vanilla, etc.). They've been out for 3 days, with no inclination of when they'll make it again. I was told it's their most popular base, and they run out all the time, and that it will be refilled when they're not busy and have the time to make more. 1) if it's your most popular base, you make a lot of it, and make it often. Business 101. 2) the last two times we came in to check on it, there was no one in the shop and the employee was on their phone. We will never be returning - this isn't the first issue we've had with this location. Between the owner and the poor management, it's a wonder this place is still in business.
The nice lady did good scooping that ice cream, was very nice and accommodating! Got one of those spider-man shaped popsicles.
Great food. Sorry service.
Sweet cream and cheese cake ,To die for!
