Wow! What a great bakery with great people.nnI ordered a birthday cake from here last week and the ordering process was quick and efficient. I've had baked goods from here before, but picking up the cake was the first time I set foot in the bakery.nnThe staff was awesome and they were very on top of Covid safety procedures. They were very kind when asking those to adhere to the procedures set, which I know from experience gets old after having to ask every day. And honestly, I feel a lot better knowing they follow these procedures - after all, they are handling my food!nnThat was just the in store experience - the cake looked amazing and tasted even better! I had a few options when ordering this cake and I'm so glad I chose Chestnut Hill Bakery. Thank you!
Always has rolls ready for folks to take home for the holidays; cupcakes, brownies & pies are yummy. Cookies are ok. A good neighborhood bakery.
The food is good but customer service leaves a bad taste in your mouth. “Son” was very rude . I own a business and the main goal is customer service without that you should not be in business.
Hands down best cake ever! I emailed a picture of the cake I wanted - a beer mug! And they made it a reality! It looked great and tasted even better! I highly recommend you go to this bakery... and did you know they make TONS of other treats and bread too??!!!!!
Glenda was amazing to work with ! Her bakery made our wedding cake, it was a two tier naked cake that was red Velvet with cream cheese icing. It was delicious !! She used some of our decor to decorate it. We loved our cake so much. From the communication to the cake to the taste it was above 5 stars for us. We HIGHLY recommend this bakery !
