I recently purchased a Glass Warehouse shower door kit. I messed up on the size I ordered and didn’t realize it till installation. I called Glass Warehouse to order the correct size door expecting to pay for the correct size door and shipping. To my surprise they said they would send out the correct door at no cost to me. VERY UNEDUCATED AN BASIC SERVICE OFFERED HERE..PEOPLE WERE FAIRLY IGNORANT ON PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Ordered a 1,300 dollar swing set for my children for Easter. Ordered almost a month ago so there was more than enough time for it to arrive. A week after it was suppose to show up I get a call that the order was canceled due to it being extremely damaged. Where I was informed the didn’t have any more of that model which is fine their was another one, but it would ship sometime in the next 3 to 5 days and no to be sure it would be here in time. Customer service was absolutely horrible to deal with any no one could answer anything. Will not spend another penny there.
Found a great cooler idea for my patio, will look great at our cookouts
We visited HD looking for a certain stain for our back porch. Kevin, in the paint area, helped us select the correct stain. He took the extra step, while very busy and helping other customers, to show how three different stains would look in use. We were very impressed! Thanks, Kevin!
