My go to place for home repair.
Poor experience here so far. The store seems to be incredibly understaffed. I asked an employee to hold a plant stand at the register for me but when I went to pay it wasn't up there. I was sent on a wild goose chase between multiple registers to find the stand (the employees wouldn't bother looking for it) being forced to wait in 15-30 minute lines each time. Eventually I had to go grab another one from the shelf and carry it up to the register while I am pregnant with my 2 year old daughter. Probably wont come back here again.
Great experience ordering a washer and dryer for my dad. Had to order over phone because of inventory issue. Shailei Cook was great! So helpful and pops will be all set up in no time. Have her help you with your appliance order.
Made a trip to Lowes today to get supplies to fix a leaky roof issue at my house. I just wanted to say that your customer service employee Ted is great. He helped me carry a ladder all the way to my car, and was very polite and courteous. It's this kind of customer service that keeps me coming back here, even during a pandemic. Thanks again, Ted!
