This person does not deserve a 1 star rating. We dropped off front and back seats to a Mustang to have them re-covered 4 months ago. Unfortunately my husband tries to see the good in people and paid this man 100% of the cost up front. Oh believe me huge lesson learned there. At any rate, Mr. Jones stopped returning texts or calls so my husband went to his shop to pick up all his seats and get his money back. Mr. Jones LOST fasteners to the rails for the front seats and the back seat was dismantled. Mr. Jones promised he would finish the job so my husband put the rails back on the front seats with parts Mr. Jones found laying around his shop (just so the rails wouldn't get lost from not being on the seats where they should be). At that point Mr. Jones was told he had 2 weeks to find the missing parts, finish the job and contact us when he had all of our property together. He didn't return calls or texts so my husband went to his shop again. This time the shop was completely empty. Mr. Jones said the lady he was renting the shop from sold the building and he had to take everything out of it. The back seat was not there anymore and the rails my husband had put back on the front seats himself were removed again and one of the rails now missing. One of the front seats that Mr. Jones ATTEMPTED to cover has a huge chunk of material missing on the side of the seat and it is the worst looking workmanship I have ever seen. To this date we still don't have the back seat because Mr. Jones had taken it out of the shop he was renting when the owner sold the building and he will not return texts or calls so we can pick the seat up. One of the RARE times he actually answered a communication Mr. Jones had the audacity to say he needed more money to finish the job. Needless to say this will probably become a civil court matter and we will be out additional money to pay attorney fees to get our money back. This man has basically ruined the seats to the Mustang, taken money without performing work and lost parts that have to be purchased.

Exellant job dont on multiple pieces of furniture. took a little longer than expected but well worth it . Mr Jones work was great and I would recommend him to others and will use him again for further re uphoster any more furniture i have done.

I paid for an awning a year ago. He stopped responding to phone calls and texts for the person I was working with. When I finally got the product, it was unfinished. He won't answer his phone. Very unprofessional. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for your upholstery needs
