We've worked with Lotts Appliance repeatedly in the past five years or so, both personally and for our business's rental properties. We've bought new appliances as well as had old ones serviced and have been so pleased every time. I always know once I've scheduled a service call that everything will be taken care of without a problem. Highly recommend!
