Grand Home Furnishings

In the market for a replacement recliner and visited Grand Home Furnishings to see their offering. The showroom is large and open very clean and inviting. Absent was any sales pressure. I was free to walk around and look over the whole store by myself. My sales person, Amanda, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but only if I requested it, otherwise l was left to browse on my own. The number of recliners was quite large and took over an hour to view most of them. I found several to my liking and was free to take pictures to take home to show my wife. It was a very pleasant experience. The two of us returned the next day and purchased the recliner that I favored from Amanda.

For starters... I love the greeter at the door especially today because I was carrying my 20 month old! My sales lady, Helen was AWESOME! I knew what (living room set) I wanted because I visited a few days prior and had narrowed my decision down to 2 and after measuring both my decision was made for the set that would fit in my place.nMy 20 month old was very curious and intrigued by all the furniture. A play landnHelen was very patient a I really wanted to complete the purchase today. Purchased new sofa and recliner. Decent sale going on and appeared to be of good quality. They had nothing available really in store to take right away and wait times but long for items but other than that a good experience. Sales lady was very friendly and helpful.nnUnderstand if everyone took the floor model you wouldn’t have much to show off in store but they came very close to losing a sale because they wouldn’t let a floor model go. Just food for thought

Ms Leah and Ms Kathy were amazing. Leah would go back and forward checking to see if this piece or that piece was in stock. Plus there was 2 of us buying furniture. Then Kathy helped with finalizing everything. When we looked up it was well after closing hours. Thank you ladies so very much.

My daughter and I came to Grand Home Furnishings in Waynesboro, Virginia to look for a new couch. As soon as we walked in, a very kind salesman, Dan Hamilton asked us what he could help us with. We explained the size couch that we were looking for. Her took us to see several couches. My daughter and I were wearing masked with cats on them and he asked if we were cat owners. It was so nice to talk to someone who understood that certain colors, like dark blue would not work for us because of cat hair! We tried two couches out that we liked and decided on a beautiful La-z-boy brand couch. As Mr. Hamilton filled out the order, we shared photos of our kitties. We then went to the payment desk where we were efficiently taken care of. When we left we were so pleased at how easy it was to buy a couch at Grand and how helpful and friendly everybody was!
