Margaret and the front staff was amazing.... we had to wait September to January for furniture due to Covid and there was some delivery issues beyond their control. They went over and beyond to accommodate. We are still waiting on a few pieces of furniture but once again beyond their control. They made our experience much better and we are very thankful! Very friendly and pleasant.

I was met with a rude employee. Didn’t seem to take interest in selling the items in her store. Margret was short and snippy when asked questions about products. I was very unhappy and left upset. I returned later to find a few other employees present who met me at the door with enthusiasm. Product knowledge was up to par. Very please with my second visit. Which is why I gave them three stars.

I am over 2 months waiting for my Ashley Furniture purchase. They told me in August they world be able to deliver in 6 to 7 weeks. I’m almost double that and I can’t cancel because they have a restocking fee. Even though the future isn’t even made yet.nnNo word from them, no updates. They did call a week ago to tell me my carpet is ready to be picked up. I guess I am having Thanksgiving on the floor this year. My first house and I don’t have any place to sit or a bed to sleep in. So disappointed and angry. The salesperson will tell you anything to get the sale.nnUpdate; 7 months and still waiting on some pieces. The quality or craftsmanship is not great for the money. Had to replace the loveseat because of the base front board was oddly shaped and the foot on one side was not place properly (sticking out beyond the edge) so still waiting.

Awesome staff. They were super welcoming.
