I'll never eat another piece of store bought bread. Sub roll. Hamburger bun!!!nThe dought that falls from production line is thrown back into the hopper at the top of the depositor processed and baked !!!nMostly all staff do not wash their hands !!!nMy observation as an employee there!!!!

Would not work here again. I worked for 3 days , First 2 days great. Third day , the manager yells at me for almost no reason then starts distracting me from doing my job correctly . Then when I gave notice I would be leaving and then tried to confront him , He starts talking to me like a child who won't stop whining until they get their way. Very unprofessional and the sad part , I'm 34 and he's older than me. Not to mention , An employee was really sick and throwing up and they allowed her back on the line to work . So not only unprofessional , I'm a little disgusted .

I'm partial, as an employee, but feel that we manufacture some of the finest products around.
