I came here with my kids. I didn’t want ice cream so I ordered a root beer float. They told me they don’t make that there even though it was right there on the menu. I chose 2 other things all which they were unable to make. Just wasted my time. If you are getting straight out ice cream fine but beware if it is something else on the menu.
Love me some 31 flavors! Brings back the nostalgia of childhood. Combined with a Dunkin' DONUTS, cannot go wrong!!!
Ordered and paid for 2 cakes. Came in to pick them up 2 days later and they were not there. The manager said “you’ve already been credited for them”. No phone call or contact at all! The he said that they don’t even have the kind of cakes that we ordered but there was one in the freezer for sale. The only reason I’m giving a one star is because they had something I could use. A generic birthday party it will be now!
Went to place a ice cream cake order two and half weeks ahead of time and got told that the cake decorator wouldnt be able to do it. No they were not booked she just does not work alot. Then told me that I would need to come in to be able to place a cake order but they still would not have time to do it. So frustrated by this situation. All my son wanted was a ice cake from there for his birthday.
Tried to order a cake online icecream flavor I want is not available. Tried to call the store they will not take a cake order over the phone. Nice customer service!!!! Think I will just buy a cake at Dairy Queen.
