I ordered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. The strawberries were huge and super cute with the design I ordered. They were very busy which caused a little delay in picking up my order but they made it happen. Very responsive on Facebook. Incredibly nice people. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered dark chocolate covered strawberries the last week of January. Went into the store to pick them up and it was totally unorganized! They did have a shortage of two people, but being Valentines weekend they still were unorganized. They were only short the two employees on one day which clearly states they took too many orders weeks before that they just couldn’t handle. We had to tell three different people on Saturday when I went to get my order what we wanted. Even though everyone there had previously ordered including us, they had no clue. Our strawberry’s were awful!!! We knew several people that ordered from them and saw them there when we went to get ours. All disappointed! They didn’t even know how to pull up your order!!! One guy in front of us came to pick up a big order and the girls said they had no way to pull up orders!!!! Thank goodness he had a copy of the order on his phone to show them . Then he was told it would be at least an hour before they could make his order !! We won’t be back!!!

I had 2 personal size cakes ordered for two birthdays. Let me tell ya...if you want not just a great looking cake but a delicious cake also then your looking in the right place. I got just what I asked for. I would also like to note that due to the weather not cooperating and some unfortunate and unforeseeable circumstances, they even delivered my cakes! We ended the day with some happy kiddos!

I placed an order for my son on January 28, 2021 for a special Valentine’s treat to be delivered. It is now March 10, 2021 and we have YET to receive it. I contacted the shop on February 18, February 23 and February 25. I even called the shop and left a message for whoever to call me back and instead I get a “message”. Each conversation I expressed how my son still wanted this treat, each time they have said they would send me one out and STILL NOTHING! Other customers even reached out to me after I posted a comment on a Facebook post they shared and it did not lift my spirits at all about this business. I have been patient and understanding of the slow mail service and under-staffed, but geez! Talk about poor business ethics and horrible customer service. Definitely a place I will not try to order from again; this was my first time and I am definitely not impressed. I didn’t even want to give them one star, but you have to pick something to post. Good luck to any future customers. Buyer beware.

Go here often. Great service, wonderful treats. Even has keto options.nThis team is the best. I have gotten my reveal cake from here and come here often for preggo lady snacks. Everything I ever taste whether it is keto or regular goods (cupcakes, cookies, pies, etc.) is amazing and you can tell was baked with love. My dogs also love their doggy treats!
