Giancarlo is a hidden treasure. Although his address is 117 Austin, go around the corner onto Walnut and look for an alley signposted Pastry Way. Its the real deal for fine pastry and cakes. Order cakes 48 hours ahead. I was last minute but his shelves had good assortment of fresh tasty goodies.

We had our wedding cake made from Giancarlo 10 years ago this September. It. Was. Amazing! We still have friends from our wedding that tell us how much they loved it.

Wonderful pastries, cookies, cakes and breads. Excellent eye for detail and finishing touches. Always enjoy going for a treat or two!

OMG, the best ever! I'm in my 60's, Italian & was brought up eating pastries from the old time bakeries you can't find anymore. Well one of my absolute favorites is sfogliatella & Giancarlo has the best I've ever had in my life. Seriously! Everything my husband & I sampled was heavenly. You know now that we've found you, we will be regulars.
