I just wanted to first Thank you for the beautiful job you did on my daughter’s cake. The cake not only looked good but it tasted good as well. Your communication throughout the whole ordering process was outstanding so you have a forever customer. I also wanted to take the time out to tell you how I appreciate your professionalism, before my order date you emailed me and told me you had a family emergency but also assured me my order would be done when needed. I feel like that was something that wouldn’t have happened dealing with another bakery. With all the stress of planning the party I was relieved that the cake was the least of my worries. The clear instructions on after pickup care was also a plus because this was my first time ordering a specialty cake. Everyone LOVED THE DETAILS, DECOR AND THE TASTE. You won’t be disappointed!!! I ordered a beautiful cake from here for my gender reveal. Normally a custom cake is requires 2 weeks notice but she made an exception for me and I am truly grateful! It’s so hard for me to support black businesses because often our people lack reliability, professionalism and basic customer service skills! But Ashley is all of that and much more!
