Amelia was an excellent technician and she solved the problem in an expedient manner.

I have been using support nerds for a few months and once a month have them update and check out my desktop, laptop and this time my ipad. Every person that i have had contact with has been VERY professional and has done a great job keeping my technology devices working well. The have all also been very nice and extremely efficient with their expertise.

Amelia - was extremely helpful. Although it took a while to resolve the issue, they continued to work on the issue until it was resolved. Would recommend them to anyone needing a thorough deep dive into any IT/printer/scanner related issue.
