Progressive Music

A very nice music shop. I rented an alto sax a few years back and it was beaten up but i was a really good one. It broke a few times and they repaired it super quick like overnight. It was a little pricy but they were very helpful and local. A good choice for students.

Picked up a repair there a week or so ago. Repair worked great and was fixed quickly! My experience in the store was odd. The worker at the counter seemed confused and had a radio on really loud that it was hard to converse.

This is my second time now coming to Jeff from Progressive music for saxophone repairs. I came to him for a fairly standard tune-up and to replace a few things on the horn. He gave me a timeline for when he'd be able to get my work done, and unfortunately it didn't quite work with my gig schedule. He saw some bandwidth in his schedule that day and decided to take my horn fix it up right then and there! It was so kind of him to accommodate and my horn is back in tip-top shape! I was in and out within an hour.nnThe professionalism and dedication to craft is obvious. It's easy to see how much the folks at Progressive Music care about what they do. Needless to say, I'll be coming back soon!
