Dunkin'

My kinda coffee shop. Hot good coffee. Lately I have to say they have messed up the order on more than one occasion and today we got charged for the two coffees we ordered, my husband drove away only to find they had not given him his coffee. I'm not one to call and complain but I'm there every day no excuse. I truly miss Alex she never messed up at the window.

Use this one quite regularly and have no problems with this one. Quick service and a very pleasant staff make for a great experience. This store is always clean and very rarely do they not have something available. Highly recommend this Dunkin location.

This Dunkin definitely could use some improvements! They take your order at the drive thru speaker, repeat it back to you, only to have you repeat it yet again at the window. They also mess up orders often. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side for my daughter. They gave me a plain bagel, not toasted or even sliced, without any cream cheese in the bag. If you request extra sugar in your coffee, you'll get none or very little. Same with cream. They never melt the sugar in iced coffee either, even per request. Most every single donut is sold out by early afternoon daily, same with other popular items, such as bagels or muffins. They also never have specialty donuts, even when they're advertised on their menu. I think maybe once in all the years I've stopped here, they only had a specialty donut once. Another time years ago, they had a turkey sandwich on the menu that featured a chipotle sauce. I was very specific in requesting this to be made without any sauce for my son. Sure enough, he unwraps the sandwich and it's absolutely smothered in sauce. My opinion of this Dunkin location is based on both past experiences from several years ago, as well as very recent ones, such as over the past few weeks/months. Not the worst Dunkin I've ever visited, but surely not the best either!!! They can improve greatly simply by working on their accuracy of customer's orders. I will however give them credit for usually being polite to customer's. Rudeness isn't something I've encountered here to the best of my memory. Something else I've noticed here too that's a bit strange is that all of the employees appear to be very young. I've never seen an individual working here who appeared to be over the age of about 20/25. Just thought it seemed odd, because many other Dunkin locations have employees of all ages.

The girls that work here seem to all have bad attitudes. The cashier today literally rolled her eyes at me when I was asking my child To clarify what they wanted to order. The coffee tastes old and sludge-like. I’d definitely recommend going elsewhere

Drive thru sucked. It was long. Food was good though.
