Stopped by here after work, got a Caramel Latte and a Ceaser Salad. Great.nI thought they just made fancy bread.nGonna visit more often.
As a busy mom we like Panera for a semi healthy option on busy nights. However, the Elizabethtown store cannot seem to get our orders correct. I order through the app for curbside pickup and we are 5 for 5 incorrect. As much as my kids love their broccoli cheddar soup we are simply going to have to stop spending our money where they obviously have no quality control or training. If you do come here triple check everything before you leave.
Yesterday Sept 8th I was in the drive through when my belt came of my car and it was over heating and smoking. A gentleman that worked had on a purple shirt.. not like the rest of the workers. So I dnt know if he was the manager or what but he came straight out and helped push my car to the side along with a military' soldier. He helped put water in my radiator and was just so friendly and helpful. I go inside to pay and get my food and I was on the house. I was in major anxiety mood and am very thankful for such wonderful people. Thank you soooo very much to the man in purple... plus I love the food lol
Great customer service, the line was long, but moved very efficiently. They consistently serve good food!
The bagels and cream cheese are amazing!! Love using the app and my good is ready when I get there!
