Jeff was the absolute BEST! We were first time hot tub buyers and really unsure about what we wanted and which brand we wanted to go with. I spoke with Jeff, and decided to go with another brand initially. However, we quickly realized that dealer was horrendous to deal with and their sales rep couldn’t care less about us, only our money. Needless to say, we can crawling back to Jeff, and he was so patient and so kind! He got us more than what we wanted, within budget and had it delivered within a week (during a pandemic when other places are quoting 3-6 months). He always was prompt to respond and never made me feel ridiculous for asking a question. I can’t recommend him enough. We had an amazing experience with Jeff Meunier at Auburn NE Spas. We were taken care of very well by him. He was so patient with all of our questions, uncertainty and hesitation. Even after our tub was delivered and installed, he still provided us with the best customer service and is a great resource for all our questions. Cant say enough about our experience so far, Matt made the sale beyond easy , followed up with emails promptly and covered all aspects of delivery/water care/set-up thoroughly. Our delivery was perfect. The crew , Mike, Dennis and Nick were here when they said they would be , were courteous, efficient and friendly and made sure we understood how to fill, use cover lifter etc. .nSon far this company has more than impressed us on every service level and we would heartily recommend them
I just had my Endless Pool EP700 delivered and just love it especially the treadmill. I can now run again! NE Spas was with us all the way. They came when they said they would, the delivery was without hitch, and they came back to explain how it works. Jeff is a great sales guy, very helpful. The support team was wonderful as well.
We purchased an Aria spa from NE Spas. After discussing our situation and anticipated uses for the spa, Jeff’s recommendation have proven to be exactly right for us. During the sales process, Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the range of products that were available to us. During the actual set-up process, Jeff was extraordinary. His instructions for using the saltwater system and getting the spa going were precise and clear. He was also available via phone and text to give me real-time technical support. He’s a great teacher and one of the major reasons we have started to recommend New England Spas to our neighbors and colleagues.
