Donna is the best... Always remembers me by name... Very kind and polite... I have been using the storage unit almost 2 years and rarely need to go into the office so i appreciate that kind of service

Donna is the best, hands down. Professional and gets the job done. She knows your needs and solves any equation with such finesse. Very personable and remembers you even if you don't see her for a week or more.
Very easy contact less service. Space was clean and welcome bag was left inside space. Easy access.
I wish I could give less than one star. I called this place on 7/20/2020 to cancel our storage unit, spoke with a woman, she stated that they would check the unit the next day and start the canceling process, she also stated that since it was the 20th of the month we wouldn’t be charged for the following month. Now fast forward a week or so later and I just got off the phone with Donna and she charged us another month because a lock was still on our unit after we vacated it. When asked why the company didn’t call us to let us know the lock was still on so we could simply come remove the lock to finish the process she responded that she “doesn’t have to call to let me know” and that they would have just continued charging us without calling to update us about the lock. The customer service is absolutely terrible and we cannot wait to be done with this place.
