Very happy with the quality and price of the pool. Reasonably happy with the install. Very dissatisfied with what I was left with... no hose for back wash, no pole to vacuum, no hose to vacuum, no chlorine and last but certainly not least my yard is destroyed with no offer to help fix. Just recieved a $1,000 quote to fix. No longer happy with price!
Ultimately got what I needed but staff didn't seem super knowledgeable... Maybe I got a new employee helping me?
Very positive experience! Informed sales staff. Installers Mike and crew did a fantastic job! They are meticulous. Cleaned up thoroughly after installation and went over operation. Highly recommend!
Had the absolute most informative and no pressure manager. Such a pleasure to deal with someone who you know loves what they do!
