The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s readily apparent that they genuinely love what they do.nnThe prices are ridiculously low, and they’ll match or beat competitor’s prices. They even went above & beyond to fix a special order guitar that was damaged during shipping. The guitar tech was an absolute wizard.nnAfter buying gear from big-box stores for the last 25 years, this will be the only place I shop from now on.
Staff is very helpful and friendly, clean spacious location. I've purchased 3 'used' pedals from them so far, but they were practically new B Stock and sometimes still in the new wrapper and boxes! Their webstore is easy to navigate and they honored the prices and availability displayed. Well worth the drive out to see them, I'll be keeping my eye on their inventory.
