By far the worst store and service in general with sprint/tmobile!!nnDealt with terrible customer service offering deals sales couldn’t process and was told to go to the store and they could help.nnRolando with the help of his manager I believe Steph (female with curly hair) sold me on the iPhone 12 pro showing me a 2-4 day lead time on a 24 month policy.nnAfter paying my phone off and waiting almost 3 hours they told me come back the next day the system was backed up. I come back the next day and again told 2-4 day lead time and they can overnight the phone so I should get it this week.nnWhen I get home I review my email confirmation and says 1.5 month back order and 30 month contract...nnI called the store and they told me they can’t help to call sprint customer care. Customer care told me they were wrong they’re on back order and they don’t offer 24 month contract anymore.nnOverall, I wasted almost 4 hours in the store and was lied to in order to push me into buying a new phone.nnI canceled the order and I hope this review keeps you away or someone from the company reaches out to apologize.

Went to this store yesterday for the first time, having been a happy Sprint customer for about 3 years. Received absolutely outstanding service from Amaris. She was incredibly professional, competent, knowledgeable and helpful beyond how she had to be. The only improvement I would suggest is the call center customer service based in other countries. Unfortunately they do not seem to have up-to-date correct information on the promotions that corporate Sprint is offering at the time. This makes the job of the store associates really difficult, but Amaris did everything she could to help us add a phone to a family plan, get an upgrade to an iPhone 11, and keep our monthly bill very reasonable. I recommend the store and Amaris and her associates.

My family and went into the Leominster store today June 23rd to switch over from Verizon. The staff were amazingly friendly and knowledgeable when giving us our options! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a cell phone company that won’t push you into a plan that doesn’t fit your need.
