Terrible customer service. Better off ordering online
Today was a fantastic experience.! The staff was excellent. Especially a young gentleman who worked in the phone department.

Terrible customer service. I literally stood at the counter for 10 min and nobody said a word to me. Then I left and still nobody said a word as I walked out.
I think that since Staples stopped using the Easy Button they are Making More Happen for their profits. Am sick & tired of going there to get reports put together & them charging me extra if I want it today & can't give me a time when it will be ready. I never had this problem when the Easy Button was involved.
