Not happy with the store never go there again they're rude and they don't know what you're doing and everything I got an iPhone from there and they charge me for taxes me for a phone that was for free and now the phone is not keeping its charge so I would not recommend going there for phones yeah probably refurbishednWarning don't go there wrip off
Have been going here for phone and account upgrades, always get good service.
My son and I went to MetroPCS in Fitchburg as it was half the distance between my home and his college. Closest authorized dealer to Keene NH. We had exemplary service by the owner herself Nadia. Both of us have been to more than one Authorized MetroPCS location in Mass and in California. The experience at this location was heads and tails above the rest. Truly can't recommend this place enough!
I would like to say thank you to the store manager Jomie from Metro PCS in John Fitch Hwy, I went into the store 2 weeks ago and the phones I wanted to port over were not available and she took down the information on the phones I wanted and said she would call me when the orders were in, she came through a day before and asked if i still wanted them she did not get them in her store but had them available at the mall. Great job in customer service as a manager and also the employee at the mall who was very great in explaining the promo and porting over to my husband. We need more associates like you guys. Thank you
At the John fitch hwy the spanish woman knows absolutely nothing! I have went there twice and she said she didn't know how to fix the problem. She should not be there, no help. I go to metro on Main st in Fitchburg and he solves the problem everytime. The girl at John Fitch. Is a joke. Get someone there that knows how to fix phone issues.
