Our visit to this Panera today was frustrating to say the least. We’ve ordered from other Panera’s and have never had a bad experience. We ordered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for one of our kiddos and we received the components for the sandwich, and were told to “make it ourselves.” The food prep staff was pretty rude and acted like we were making a fuss by asking to have a metal knife to spread the pretty much frozen peanut butter. I get it that some people have nut allergies....but then why even offer it as an option if I’m going to have to make it myself. Do they not want families to come here?
Consistently average. Busy, harried workers doing their best to keep up, and food that is about as good as you can hope for at what is essentially a fast food sit down.
Always a delight change from fast food. Fresh food made to order, salads younactually want to eat!
I like Panera but today I ordered a flatbread pizza with extra meat. It didn’t have extra meat and when I complained the staff insisted it was correct w 3.5 oz of meat. I asked to see what 3.5 oz looked like and then had to dig the chicken out of the pizza to demonstrate it was about 1/2 the correct amount. Got my money back. Not what most people teach about how to handle customers.
$11.29 for a whole Fuji Apple Salad and $4.29 for a 20 oz iced chai tea latte doesn’t strike me as cheap but is probably on par with Starbucks, Roots and the like...hence detracting a starnnNot generally a fan of chains but Panera surprisingly does a good job as the portions are decent and the quality respectable...I’m always satisfied with my choices thereud83eudd70nnYUM
