Great facility, clean units, & friendly staff! Brian went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and assist me in finding right sized unit and moving supplies. I'll definitely recommend this storage facility to all of my friends!
Nice clean units. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Started with a 10 x 30 for my car and added another 10 x 5 for small storage. Definitely recommend if your looking for a secure property to store your stuff
Great Customer Service. John took care of my missing key situation for my lock. Its also a cleam location. Highly recommend.
Was a member since it was CubeSmart. The facility itself is good, no complaints there, but the plan was screwed up. My original gripe was about them forcing me out of using home owners insurance and making me pay for their insurance. After SROA bought the unit, my montly rate continued to climb. Between 12/2018 and 02/2021, I want from paying $145/mo to $242/mo which is an astronomical increase in just a little over 2 years. For me that is unacceptable, so I moved out, found another unit in Whitinsville for $204/mo.
The ease of use was unparalleled. From the first time in and finding our little gift bag with the lock, to how clean it was. And the security was excellent as well.
