They would not take a pymt over the phone. I work for Banks . Cleaning out personals from foreclosured homes. I was asked by Wells Fargo Bank to rent a storage unit and bring the home owners personals to the storage unit. (The home owner committed suicide in the house and the family couldn’t go in and get her sons stuff) I came here this morning To rent a unit and the lady would not take a pymt over the phone from the bank. She was rude and made me feel beneath her. It is too bad on their part because this storage place is conviently located. I was going to set up a account and use this company as my storage unit for all my business with Banks. But after shopping around , I found out that they are overpriced for what they offer. Its too bad this receptionist passed on a huge account with Wells Fargo Bank. Its even more sad that the receptionist was too busy to take a new account and was really rude. But because she was so rude, I was Blessed with going to Cube Smart. Not only are they cheaper, the units are temperature controlled. They were very happy to work with myself & the bank to set up an account. Sometime it takes a lazy rude person to show you that there is much better out there. So I am grateful for her bad attitude !
