Professional service and quality from start to finish. First off, great website that is easy to use to schedule a free estimate. Steve came out for the estimate, with samples, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Had the estimate in hand before end of day. Called the office and spoke with Donna to schedule installation. Fast, friendly and gregarious. Gave my credit card for down payment. and had a receipt in my inbox within 15 minutes. Steve was back for the installation the very next week. Perfect execution. Flawless installation and clean up. Don't do business anywhere else. Support DRL a GREAT local RI business staffed with equally great people.

I have worked with Darrell since 2005 and the DRL team has always done a great job! It says a lot about Darrell when his team has been with him since I have known them and they are always prompt and professional and deliver a great finished product with years of experience. The quality of the carpet and floor coverings are high quality and his pricing extremely reasonable. I would never use anyone else!

I recently had my bedroom carpet replaced and installed as well as had the rest of the carpets cleaned. I had read other reviews which is what brought me here to DRL carpets. From the moment I was greeted from Donna I knew I came to the right place. Donna helped me select the carpet and Darrel came out the following day and gave us an estimate. Truly worked within our budget and we couldn't be any more satisfied with the outcome of the installation and the cleanning. Crew was very efficient and went above and beyond. Go local and stay away from the big box stores. I highly recommend them for all the services they provide!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about DRL Carpet!!! Absolutely wonderful customer service, great prices and quick and amazing work! Highly recommend to anyone in need of carpeting or to have your carpets cleaned. They helped us out after we had a very bad experience with another company and we are so grateful!

Highly recommend going with DRL Carpet for your carpeting and flooring needs. The store has a lot of variety and Donna is a great sales person. Service was great, fast and efficient. We are really happy with our new carpet and how it looks.
