I've worked for other U.S. Mail contractors in the past, and this is the best one I've been with so far. They pay a base wage that is $1.03 per hour more than the US DOL's Service Contract Act specifies and their benefits package is top notch. The schedule can be grueling at times, with split shifts at odd hours. However, you are rewarded with a management team that listens to and empowers their drivers along with great compensation compared to other comparable jobs in the Great Falls area.
The hiring process is poor and untruthful. The pay is questionable as this is a state rated job and should be paid prevailing wages except they take $5.00 off the top for every hour you work. They tell you it is a requirement that federal employees must have insurance. Most of these positions are part time but are advertised as full-time. Be very careful when considering this company as an employer.
