My salmon arrived today warm although the package says keep frozen and thaw under refrigeration. I got it immediately right after delivery at my residence in Charleston, SC. I didn't have this problem in 2006. I don't understand why they didn't put any cold gel packs in the box. I was paying for it after all, and the shipping anyway. Please understand that it is hot on the east coast in June and being shipped even overnight across the country takes just a little bit of extra effort to make it right. We have paid so much to get it processed and deliver to us only to open the inside of a styrofoam box that was as warm as an oven.
