Queen Anne Upholstery and Refinishing

We made the trip from South Seattle, had lunch and then stopped by. After all, Google said they were open on Saturdays. First, the parking lot that they share with another business was chained off. We parked on Elliot, a half a block away and walked back. The hours for Saturday were posted on the door as 10 am to 3 pm. It was a little before 2 pm--the store was locked up and absolutely no one was at the business. There were no postings explaining anything. It's not their fault that Google doesn't have their hours down correctly, but to not be there when you say you will is bad for business.

Outstanding job on four separate projects. Re-upholstery, refinishing, and metal patio furniture restored. Unbelievable. Looks like new. I get all kinds of compliments from my friends. Very professional and of the highest quality. Well worth the expense.

Queen Anne Upholstery is just wonderful! Ellen and Gillian are two of the most helpful and thoughtful (and patient...) people on the earth when trying to choose fabrics. They have an incredible library of fabrics to choose from and great workspace for you to bring in your photos, fabrics and such that you want to review with the colors.nnThe work on the couch is beautiful! The corners and seams very expertly done, maintaining the character of our piece. Very happy with the entire experience and will certainly work with them again!nnThank you!

This place is AMAZING! They did a BEAUTIFUL job on our 100+ year old family chair. They communicated and sent pictures through the whole process of what was happening with our chair. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs! Great people to work with! Made me matching pillows also!! THANK YOU so much and Jerry for the updates while working on it!

I worked with Ellen and Jerry and am very satisfied. They definitely know their business. Tons of fabrics to choose from, many options for cushion materials, edge treatment, etc. I have a custom NW contemporary home and the eating nook bench and window seats came out fantastic!
