They ignored tf out of my mom and I when we were trying to see phones and were doubting that my mom had an existing account with them like they just walked away. They weren’t even busy and one of the employees was just chillin on their phone not doing anything. Terrible service, go to the one in Wenatchee they have immaculate service and do give you good deals.
