Phenomenal bread. Exquisitely flaky a tender croissant and croissant like pastries. Uncontested in the city for these categories of baked goods.

These pastries are on point. Cardamom knot & croissant are beautifully flaky, buttery and a perfect balance of flavor.

I just picked up a loaf of the deli bread. It is incredibly good. The exterior crust is chewy, the interior is fluffy. Keep up the good work. Best bread in Missoula right now.

I'm crazy about this stuff! Bread as it should be: Incredibly high quality grain, milled fresh, fermented slowly, mixed & baked with so much care and loved by ME!! Missoula is so much greater because of these rad dudes who put lots of love into their product without ANY sort of compromising!

Grist Milling and Bakery breads are the best! The flavors are strong. The breads are huge. I really like the Grist loaves -- I love good sourdough. My favorite is the S.K.Brot -- it is fantastic. So glad these guys decided to do this.
