Lovely Nails

Great customer service and my nails and wax were done so nice. Made me feel pretty again. Will definitely be going back

I went in a group for a wedding and none of us ended up liking our nails, but they wouldn’t listen to us and help fix them. I got gel nails and they lasted TWO days. The person doing my nails also cut me. Too expensive for such poor quality.

Got acrylics done today and left crying. He wouldn't fix them the way I asked and they look terrible. I waited an hour and paid too much for a 10 minute slop-job. Never going here again!

I made an appointment for my friend and I for 2:30, we got there on time and they made us wait an hour even though my friend and I were the only customers there. After we waited an hour we were finally seated, the man who was doing my nails kept getting up and taking literal 30 min breaks and then coming back. after taking many breaks he and the woman who was doing my friends nails got up and started screaming at eachother!! they eventually went to the back but left my friend and i sitting for another half an hour, they were fighting in front of us almost the whole time we were there. in the end we left around 6pm. the other day when i went in to get a manicure the man doing my nails kept answering phone calls in the middle of doing my nails. and then full on stopped to take a phone all right in front of me. i’m not going back.

Took over an hour and a half for a pedicure. They tried to accommodate too many clients and left us sitting in cold water to wait. She scrubbed the skin off my heel and didn't pay attention..
