Even though there was a so- called Pandemic, Odell's was still open and we had great service. We were treated very well and shown different selections of the furniture we were interested in. The delivering was right on time and very nice young men who delivered the pieces were very pleasant and handled the furniture safely. This furniture store should remain open. The public still sits on chairs and couches and of course beds, etc: Flu or no flu.nThank you,nCT

All the front desk staff is ready to help you at the drop of a hat. Except for one. Her general demeanor put me in a foul mood and made me want to leave. She made it seem like she couldn't deal with another soul. Also their delivery people move furniture like Larry, Moe and Curly.

my husband and I were in the Pocatello store for a new washer and dryer. you have incredible knowledgeable and very helpful staff. The guys that delivered my washer and dryer again some incredible service. They were responsive and respectful to all my questions. definitely will be back

Low selection high prices sales lady didn't listen to me v she wanted to show me her chairs will not go back
