Jacob and his team were helpful and respected my budget.nWe went into another store a couple days before and told the guy there our budget was $1,000. The guys instantly showed us a bed on “sale” for $4,400. I was bothered that he even asked our budget if he was going to ignore it.nJacob respected it and added as much to the package as he could for our budget. I was impressed and felt like he gave us a deal on our bed and adjustable frame. Definitely would recommend this location!nWe should hopefully be getting our bed tomorrow. Excited to try it out!
Howard at mattress firm was super helpful and gave me a huge discount on my mattress and adjustable base. He made sure I left happy and ready for a better nights sleep. I would highly recommend going to him for assistance and someone who will be real with you! And now I get my bed delivered!

Howard at the Pocatello Mattress Firm was fantastic to work with! My husband and I both have very different mattress preferences and he took the time to understand our needs and find us a mattress we were both happy with. We never felt rushed (he even let his lunch go cold to take care of us) and he was great about asking for and listening to our feedback.
