Ray and Deanna couldn't be better to work with. They are pleasant, professional and provide exceptional customer service. We used their services to design and install blinds for our new home. They were prompt in providing estimates, on time for appointments, and good to communicate. Ray even came out (at no charge) a year after we moved in to replace the valances in my office. Cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them in the future!

You would think that if you paid someone $300+ dollars to fix a couch panel, maybe they would not give the couch back to you with a broken zipper (that they broke), and a support piece for the footrest on backwards and upside down. But maybe I’m wrong. The material matched perfectly though.

Such a great experience: 1) They are fast and professional; there was a very slight delay in the receipt of my blinds, but it was not at all due to their staff, 2) They are friendly - so pleasant to work with, and 3) The shades I purchased and had installed are PERFECT - just what we were looking for in our new home. I am 100% delighted, and, since I just found out they also do upholstery, I will definitely use them for those needs in the future, too.nnFollow-up from over 18 months later: This continues to be the best customer service experience I have had in SE Idaho as far as work done on my home.

A beautiful store with a beautiful Showcase of furniture and household items from pictures to candle holders, to a beautiful array of blinds. The perfect store to go to for your home. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. I recommend this store for everyone.
