Marissa and Stephanie provided AMAZING customer service. I thought I bought a faulty diffuser/sound machine. They said I could exchange it and Stephanie helped me open the new one to make sure that one worked. Marissa and Stephanie both helped me set up the new one and it turns out it wasn't a faulty machine. I read the instructions wrong. They were very patient with me and took the time to answer any questions and help me. Customer service like this is rare and I appreciate it! Thank you ladies!
It was nice to shop there even though they didn't have one item I was looking for. But they had the other one.
Good selection, store's a bit small but thats alright.
I tried to return a very expensive steam mop that was purchased less than 6months ago because it stopped working. They declined to return it and were very rude about it. I use to buy a lot of items from them, I will never shop at bed bath again.
