These guys are great! So friendly and hopping with orders in house and in the phone. It was great to have a little entertainment with the dessert! Friendly, fast and fun! Thanks you so much for a great date night!

Took my son out for ice and it was 57 minutes for us to get our ice cream. Only 2 out of the 6 people working were doing everything. While the other ones were messing around. One took there mask on and off at least 75 in the time we were there even my son seen it and said something to me. Won’t be returning!!! Need to hire better manager.

We love Coldstone ice cream. It's so creamy and delicious. My husband loves ice cream cakes, and I got him one for his birthday this year. When we cut it up, I noticed it was missing one mix in and the mid layer that I entered online. It wasn't a big enough deal to do anything about. Then, two different people found hairs inside their pieces. At that point, I had to do something about it.nI called the store two days in a row, both days someone promising a manager would call me back right away. No one called me back. I called the next day and the next day with no answer.nI finally submitted something online talking about my experience. I received an email soon after from the owner apologizing for the experience and asking to send coupons. I received coupons in the amount of the money I paid for the cake.nI'm obviously disappointed at the messed up order and the hairs in the cake but even more frustrated that I was told a manager would call me then never did. That's just horrible customer service.nI would have preferred a refund, but since we have the gift cards, we'll use those then probably not visit this location again.

I called in a curbside pick up order with not coming in to the store. They asked what kind of vehicle I would be driving, I gave that and my name. I than called when I arrived to let them know that I was there and was parked right outside the doors and asked if it was ready the lady said yes. So I expected her to come bring it out and pay for the order. Well over 15 to 20 minutes later she still did not come out with the order. And it was not because they were busyness. There was only 1 customer that walked in as soon as I pulled up. I finally just left and when I tried to call to talk to the manager I was told that there was no manager working.

We ordered online, we received a conformation email and it took our money. When we went pick up our order they stated they do not get online orders. So very frustrating not to mention them getting the sizing wrong when repeating the order.
