Fresh and delicious. My fiancee and I love eating here and we have never experienced quality and customer service anywhere short of amazing. If you're considering Panera, definitely give them a try.
So, I ordered for the first time today. it states 30 minutes for delivery actuality it was 45 minutes and they messed up my order. I ordered Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl with a turkey sandwich with NO onion. what I received was a turkey sandwich WITH onion and shell macaroni with some white sauce on it. it was dry and gross looking, so between the cost of my order the delivery fee and the tip I paid $18 for a lunch I could not eat most of. very unhappy.
I love Panera and this is a great place to stop (right off the highway) when driving across Idaho.
My daughter in law works there. Food is good.. Good staff.
I was disappointed in the quantity of food for the price. We could have went next door either side and received twice the amount of good food for what we paid here. Baguette was hard all the way through. Teriyaki chicken on rice was okay but nothing to rave over.
