Fantastic service! We needed some treats for a last minute event and stopped in for the first time. We purchased the most amazing cupcakes! They were the perfect mix of moist and sweet and they left everyone wanting more!nnYou can definitely tell this bakery is amazingly talented and experienced! Just amazing. The cupcakes and macaroons are heaven ... and beautiful. And just when you think things can’t get any better, try a cream puff. My husband’s Basque grandma used to make him cream puffs that he said could never be matched. The night he tried these he said, “I think these are as good as my grandma’s”

This place is heavenly! From the customer service to the atmosphere. But the star of the show is the sweet treats. Everything I try turns out to be my favorite! Pocatello is lucky to have such a diamond in their community. This is a stop worth making. Things seems to sell out quickly- so don’t wait!

This is a real bakery. Their selection isn't huge, but every thing I tried had an excellent flavor and balance of sweetness. I had a passion fruit macaroon, cream puff, and chocolate raspberry cupcake with the next even more delicious than the last. All of them had excellent, but not overpowering, flavor, and I will definitely be going out of my way to stop here again next time I'm in Pocatello. It's a bit tough to find though because it's inside of a flower shop.

I am beyond thrilled to have such an amazing bakery open up in Pocatello ,Idaho! Nathan, the owner and baker of Confections Bakery, is extremely creative and gifted. Absolutely everything is made from scratch in a state of the art bakery. He does custom orders as well. I am a self proclaimed expert in knowing quality sweets, and Nathan bakes nothing but the best!
