This hot spring is quieter than others near by. I like the the hot soaking tub is for adults. However, the pool is warm enough to be considered a cool hot tub. My kids like the slides the most! On a really warm day in august the water at the slides might be a bit too warm, but usually it is wonderful to have the warm water after climbing up the steps all wet to the bone. The basketball hoops in the play pool is another favorite.nnMy only complaint is that this hot springs isn’t in a town with lots of hotels and restaurants. Luckily the food at their restaurant and snack area is good. I haven’t tried their cabins yet. Maybe next time.

This is like a hidden local gem. You can swim in the winter. Kids had a blast. Pizza was ok. Service was excellent. Staff is super nice. Deserves 5 stars just for that. Seriously though, swimming in the winter is a fun excursion for the kids. The pool has a natural hot spring flowing into it. You can sit by the hotspring entrance and stay super warm while kids splash around. Everyone is nice, even most the patrons. If you're considering it, just go. Can't knock it until you've tried it. There is also some water slides but they are not open during the night swimming when I was there. Just the pool and hot springs. I was only in the pool though. Have not been in the hot springs section. It looks nice though. There is an old school style ice cream and soda bar. Also RV pads and little bungalows or something for rent.

What a fun place! There's water fun, unique camping fun. It's an oasis away from the city. You can't help but do social distancing. The hot pools are heated by the Earth's own geothermal activity! Go! You gotta have the experience!

Nice little get away. Told the kids we'd be down at a hot spring for the weekend, and we got all the swimming, fried foods, milkshakes, and hot pools they could handle. Isolated located, with a pretty full camp and RV area that stayed quiet at night. We stayed in a cabin, with a nice little loft for the kids and all the amenities in the kitchenette. The poolside restaurant serves up what you need, but if you wanted to cook for yourself in your cabin you can. All you XXL gentlemen be sure to try the Downata burger.
