Rory came to the rescue to save our jacuzzi ud83dudca6 over and over the past several years!! We bought an older jacuzzi pretty cheap and it died on us after about a year. Basically all the internal components were shot. Rory hooked us up with all new components way less ud83dudcb2ud83dudcb0 expensive than his competitors and also way better than buying a new tub. That was great since we were on a limited budget. That was a few years ago so I don't remember the exact amounts but it wasn't too bad at all. Then off and on since then we've had various other issues. I'd saved Rory's number in my phone. I'd just shoot him a text and he'd call ud83dudcde or text back when he was available. I'd explain our problem. He'd make time to come over within just a few days max. It was great he made house ud83cudfe1 calls because the other guys wanted me to bring my tub to them. Sometimes I'd shoot him another text to confirm he hadn't forgotten about me if I wanted reassurance her was still coming if it was a few days since we'd talked. He'd come over when we weren't even home. ud83dude01 He'd fix everything that was wrong and send us an electronic bill. Again, affordable. He's friendly and nice. Rory was very responsive and engaging when we had him look at a hot tub that was already at the home we recently purchased. He recommended we keep the Dimension One tub and have him replace all of the components. The tub was in great shape so my wife and I agreed to have him replace all of the jets and components for +$3K. Unfortunately, we started having problems within the first year, one set of jets would intermittently stop and not turn on again until the next day. I made numerous attempts to contact Rory to setup a time to fix the problem with the jets he was non responsive. About four months later the control panel became defective...we can’t read the digital display. Again, I made several attempt to contact Rory and offered to pay for the parts and labor to remedy the issues...he never responded. I would not recommend him for any hot tub refurbish jobs. We now have to find someone else to fix Rory's work.

Never calls back, installs used parts as new, horrible work, doesn’t even deserve 1 star!
