I have always had a really great experience at Refined. The office is the prettiest office in Sandpoint and the staff are so sweet! Their prices are fair and standard, not over priced for what you get. I go there for all my wellness needs!

Everything about Refined Aesthetics is excellent..From Sarah at the front desk to the beautiful new space. Brie is one of the nicest people I know and she has a vast knowledge of all of the treatments available. The prices are fair and all of the products are the best on the market..I look forward to my visits there. Keep up the amazing work..

I'm so glad I trusted my brows to Janae. Her microblading skills are amazing and she is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. She is efficient, talented and I had absolutely no discomfort. I've already sent my friend there and she loves her brows too! Refined Aesthetics is beautiful inside, clean and run by a wonderful group of professionals. Refined Aesthetics is incredible in every way! The staff are amazing, caring, professional and know their stuff. They take their time to be certain you are happy with results of treatments and never push you to go too far. The atmosphere is welcoming and gorgeous with lots of excellent products to purchase. What an oasis!! The moment I stepped in to Refined Aesthetics I felt like I was on vacation. The new office is gorgeous and very professional....I wanted to stay all day! The communication was excellent and Bri got back to me almost as soon as I left a message. Kristin did an amazing job on my lash lift and tint. She was extremely friendly and professional and I love the end result. I will definitely be back for years to come. Highly recommend!
