I was the only one in the drive through, there were no cars outside. I sat in the drive through long enough I thought they might have forgotten I was waiting for my order. I ordered a medium drink with no whipped cream, and it is in a tiny cup?? Not worth the money at all. Donuts were cold, which was surprising cause I thought maybe they were making more since my order took so long for them to bring to the window.

I love Krispy Kreme specifically their chocolate frosted donuts. I went on a busy night and had to wait a while in the drive through (no fault of their own it still went by pretty quick, just lots of cars) I was so excited for my donut so imagine my surprise when I received a “chocolate frosted” donut with just a drizzle of chocolate around the top. I know it sounds dramatic but my husbands maple was adequately covered so it was easy to see where they had gone wrong. Definitely not just the wrong donut either, it was all the way around like a sad attempt. I am leaving this review so hopefully they can see they may have a quality control problem.

Wanted to leave a review for the young gentleman that helped my mom and I last night. I didn’t catch his name but he had blonde hair.nMy mom’s coffee was cold and so I went back in to ask if they can reheat it and without hesitation he apologized and made her a fresh pot.nThank you for being helpful and kind!

Total disappointment! Doughnuts were at least a day old and very dry. The festive tree was filled with icing instead of the batter as they advertised. Coffee was nasty, we ordered the vanilla caramel mocha and there was absolutely no flavor. Never stopping there again!

Pretty good donuts, the workers looked pretty tired, they probably need sleep. Actually, considering that they are most likely college and high school students, that makes sense. But yeah. Pretty good.
