I ordered some bar stools on March 19. I was told they would be in the following week of March 25th. The week of April 2nd, I called the store to find out where my shipment was. Evidently, the only person who could answer my question was on vacation. I told the person whom answered my call that there certainly had to be some record of my purchase, and where the inventory was. I gave him the invoice number. He called me back the next day, and gave me tracking numbers, saying the product would be here by Friday April 6th. It is now April 10th, the product still has not shipped, and I have had no further communication from Bedroom Expressions regarding my order. Very poor customer service. I will be seeking a refund of my money and will not shop there again.
