Dodge Peak Lodge

Truly a lodge with a cabin look everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean-and comfortable. The restaurant is inviting and the menu great. The food was amazing. I was stunned. This chief is s pro! Excellent flavor, generous portions and wonderful presentation. The locals should definitely check out this restaurant. Only catches for me were: I needed a desk in my room as I had a lot of paperwork to do. The room is too cozy for a desk. But they let me sit in the dining room and spread my work out before the restaurant opened. I really appreciated that. Also, the lodge is on a busy highway and I couldn’t easily find a place to go for a walk. I also could hear the road from my room, so if that’s important to you ask for a room farther from the front.

The restaurant has a nice cabin look with beautiful high ceiling. Great place for date night or with the family. Chef is super accommodating for little ones and will make them something off the menu. The food is awesome and you can get a large steak for a reasonable price. If you order the Tomahawk steak call in advance and plan to share the platter.

Excellent rooms for a very affordable price, a very cozy and inviting feel from both the staff and the lodge itself. When we walked in we were greeted by two friendly dogs. The in-house restaurant is also superb, they offer a wide selection of food, for good prices

Loved our stay here!!! If you are looking for a cozy at home stay while on the road highly suggest this location. They were very accommodating with our late arrival coming over the passes and made us feel welcomed.

No USB receptacles. Refrigerator in weird place in a shelve verses on the floor. But the people/owners were friendly. And they have an awesome St. Bernard, 6 months old, that was adorable and playful. But they were very accommodating.
